Reporting

The Contract Manager reports to NZFSA as required by NZFSA DCP1, Approved Criteria for General Dairy Processing.

In the event of the responsible person being unavailable, his responsibility is delegated to Noel Burnie of Transport Solutions.

Monthly reports are provided, in writing, within 7 days of the end of the month. Refer to Appendix 1 for the template for the monthly report.

Exception reports are provided to NZFSA as soon as practicable, but no later than 24 hours after the occurrence of the exception. The following exceptions are reported:

• Occurrence of a critical non-compliance.

(Identification of non-conforming dairy product is reported by the owner of the product. Refer to section 4.3 above.) The content of exception reports will meet the requirements of NZFSA DCP1.

Reporting on demand will be done by the Contract Manager, by the deadline specified in the request.
