Scope

This Risk Management Programme (RMP) covers the operations of NZL Group Ltd, RMP number NZL 1, based at 5 B Jean Batten Drive Mount Maunganui. It complies with the requirements of the Animal Products Act 1999.

These operations transport non-refrigerated containers or pallets of dairy produce/products in a variety of packaging formats.

The operations comprise:

• Transport of dairy produce for dairy companies, from manufacturer/store to manufacturer/store.
• Transport of dairy products from manufacturer to store or from store to store.
• Transport of containerised product from manufacturer/store to Port or Port to manufacturer/store.

The intended use of the dairy produce/product includes:

• Used as ingredients in formulated foods.
• Packed into consumer packs and sold for human or animal consumption.
• Further processed for food applications.
• Sold for human or animal consumption

This RMP applies to all NZL Group staff and visitors involved in these operations.
