There was a lot of interest at Fieldays from mums and dads desperate for space of their own, to orchard owners who commented it would be a perfect smoko room or unit for their seasonal workers. The beauty of a modified shipping container comes down to price and how easy it is to transport. Generally they don’t need a building permit and if you have the option to plumb into your own system then once again cost is kept really low. Electrics are easily set up in a similar way to a caravan so that too is no problem to do.
